~Pendle Hill~

Cold and frosty, it was Friday afternoon and I finished early and headed off to Barley for an ascent of Pendle....

Pendle from Roughlee Road
Usually I drive to Barley through Newchurch-In-Pendle, but as the roads were icy, I chose what I thought would be an easier route via Barrowford and Roughlee. This view is from my route today.

Greetings Count: Low, saw one other couple, reaching the summit a few minutes after me
